    Azure AD (Microsoft’s cloud-based identity and access management service), Mobile Device Management (MDM), full Microsoft Suite (including applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Windows 10, and Office 365. This indicates familiarity and proficiency
    with a range of commonly used ICT tools and platforms.
  • Experience with Cisco,Vivi systems and devices.
  • SOE maintenance refers to Standard Operating Environment, which involves managing and maintaining a consistent and stable computing environment across an organization. Application packaging and involves preparing software applications for deployment
    and managing their release cycles.
  • Minimum level of 1 Year experience in a similar role, particularly within the education sector (Department of Education or similar entity).
